Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Creating an account is simple:

  1. Click on the Account icon or Sign Up link on our website.

  2. Enter your email address, create a password, and follow the prompts.
    Having an account allows you to track orders, save shipping addresses, and manage your preferences.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at contact@redlemonfurniture.com with your updated address.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping details.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also log in to your account and view your order status under the My Orders section.

No, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider using encrypted technology to protect your data.

Sales tax is applied where required by law and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Currently, we ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at contact@redlemonfurniture.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

To ensure the safest and most efficient delivery, some items may be shipped separately depending on size, availability, or warehouse location. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment if your order is split.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item. Contact us at contact@redlemonfurniture.com to start a return.

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@redlemonfurniture.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent and the return of the wrong one at no cost to you.

If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

After you contact us and your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address and detailed instructions.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@redlemonfurniture.com with the correct address. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to update the address, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

At this time, we do not accept pre-orders for out-of-stock items. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we’ll alert you by email once the item is available again.
